A Genisys representative can create a task right
from the contact form and it will automatically
be associated with a client contact. Later, when
viewing the list of all tasks, for instance through
the GenASSIST Dashboard, they will be able to select
a task and quickly select the contact associated
with the task. The representative would then be
viewing contact and interaction information as well
as any previously captured notes related to the
contact. This automation streamlines the process
of creating and following up on tasks.
