Genisys representatives can collect the standard
Exchange contact information but the form has been
customized to also collect the Genisys consultant
manager assigned to the client. One of the more
robust features that was added to the form is the
ability to track the type of interaction conducted
with a client, capture any notes relevant to the
interaction, and create a log of the interaction
activity. It also allows users to link to MapPoint
to generate and save driving directions to the client
site. All of this information can then be loaded
to a Pocket PC.
