A Genisys representative can make an appointment
from the contact form and it will automatically
be associated with a client contact. Later, when
viewing their calendar, for instance through the
GenASSIST Dashboard, they will be able to select
the appointment and quickly select the contact associated
with the appointment. The representative would then
be viewing contact and interaction information as
well as any previously captured notes related to
the contact. It also allows users to link to MapPoint
to generate and save driving directions to the client
site. This automation streamlines the process of
creating and preparing for appointments.
