After a meeting with a client, the representative
will synchronize their Pocket PC with their desktop/laptop
which, in turn, is synchronized with Exchange and
SQL Server. This functionality ensures information
captured at the meeting is saved with the client
contact information on the server. If a new opportunity
was documented in the Pocket PC and ultimately synchronized
with the server then the opportunity information
will be automatically routed via Exchange to appropriate
Genisys managers for review.
