people, so we know that we must keep our consultants' technical
skills sharp and their careers moving forward. That is why
every Genisys consultant has a formal career plan, which we
review at least every six months.
Our consultants' careers grow both inside
and outside of Genisys. Most of our consultants continue to
develop their technical skills and enhance their business
expertise with our clients. They advance their careers by
handling additional responsibilities and problems that are
more complex. However, some of our teammates choose to take
their career down a different path. They move into management,
marketing or recruiting within our company, and leverage their
