Jeff Martini

President and Chief Executive Officer

Since co-founding Genisys in 1990, Jeff Martini has developed a hands-on management style that is recognized throughout the company.

Jeff comes from a technical background and during the past 13 years has held many positions. Upon the inception of Genisys, Jeff performed as a field consultant working with several premier clients while also leading Genisys’ recruiting efforts as its sole recruiter. He eventually built the Human Resources department, instilling a foundation strongly focused on employees which has led to employee retention rates that far exceed industry averages. Today, Jeff is responsible for Budgeting and Financial Analysis, Human Resources, and the implementation of Genisys solutions-based services.

Prior to forming Genisys, Jeff held consulting positions at two national firms. In addition to the consulting positions, Jeff worked as a programmer at Board of Trade Clearing Corporation. Jeff graduated in 1986 from DeVry Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has continued his education with various technical and managerial courses throughout the years.

David Stewart

Vice President of Marketing and Sales

David Stewart co-founded Genisys in March of 1990, and served as the company’s first salesperson. Since then, David has led the sales and marketing efforts for Genisys.

During the past 13 years, David has developed Genisys’ solid base of business relationships within the greater Chicago area. He has held the position of Vice President since the company’s inception and has been involved in all aspects of the business. David has led the company through several service offering transformations including its conversion from mainframe related services to client/server and Internet based technology services.

David graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and minor degrees in Business Administration and Mathematics. After college, he worked for three years as a mainframe programmer at the Board Of Trade Clearing Corporation before joining a national consultancy for two years.

Michael Reiss

Treasurer and Chief Information Officer

Since co-founding Genisys in 1990, Michael Reiss has led the delivery of Genisys services to clients as well as set the technical direction for the firm.

During the past 13 years, Michael has held many positions. When Genisys was launched, Michael consulted with several premier clients while also establishing and managing Genisys’ accounting and bookkeeping efforts. Today, Michael is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the firm and also leads the Infrastructure Practice Group within Genisys. Michael also serves as a “virtual CIO” for several companies and spends a great deal of time working in the field with customers to set technical direction and implement cost effective solutions.

Prior to forming Genisys, Michael held consulting positions at Arthur Young and Ernst & Young. After college, he also worked as a programmer at the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation. Michael graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and also did graduate work at DePaul University. He has continued his education with several technical and managerial courses and has held various Microsoft and Novell certifications.
