Genisys Consulting, Inc. Wins MEC Awards 2001

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Monday, October 1, 2001 -- Elk Grove, Ill.-based Genisys Consulting, Inc. today announced it is the winner of the Best Solution by a Customer category in the MEC Awards 2001 program.

Genisys' winning solution is a software application called GenASSIST, which was created as a solution to Genisys' need for a more unified, enterprise-wide relationship with its customers and a more streamlined process to acquire, retain and service customers. GenASSIST enables Genisys to capture client needs with greater accuracy, consistently share them with the appropriate business functions via the resulting workflow, and prepare an automated response to those needs in reduced time. The solution is built on Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and integrates with numerous other Microsoft products including: Windows 2000 Advanced Server; Windows CE; SQL Server CE; Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2001; and Office XP.
