has established this privacy policy, so that you can understand

or seminar at an event or visit www.genisysinc.com without
giving us any personally identifiable information. But sometimes
we do need information to provide services that you request,
and this privacy statement explains data collection and use
in those situations.
This privacy statement only applies to the
information received at a Genisys booth, presentation, or
seminar at an event or at www.genisysinc.com; it does not
apply to other sites, products or services produced by Genisys
whether or not those sites, products, or services were produced
at the request of a third party.
To protect your privacy, we have adopted
the following principles:
Information
We want to give you information about our privacy policy and
assure you that we take reasonable steps to see that it is
followed within our company.
Collection of your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies
you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally,
this information is requested when you are registering before
entering a contest, requesting additional information, ordering
e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site,
or when signing up for an event or training. Personal information
collected by Genisys often is limited to name, address, phone
number, and e-mail address, but may include other information
when needed to provide a service you requested.
Use of your Personal Information
There are times when we may collect personal information from
you. It is our intent to inform you before we do that and
to tell you what we intend to do with the information. You
will have the option not to provide the information. If you
choose not to provide the information we request, you may
be unable to participate in certain offerings or contests
or receive certain information or services. We use your personal

events, training or software, which you request or purchase.

on Genisys Consulting, Inc.; (b) protect and defend the rights
or property of Genisys Consulting, Inc. and its family of

When you give us personal information, Genisys Consulting,
Inc. will not share that information with third parties without

you to tell us how or whether you want Genisys Consulting,

Information
Genisys Consulting, Inc. is a general audience company and
does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
