NEW ORLEANS, La. (April 11, 2002)

it is the winner of the Best Overall Solution and the Most
Innovative Group Productivity Solution categories in the Tech·Ed
Business Productivity Awards 2002 contest.
More than 200 companies from all over the
world submitted almost 500 entries in 10 categories. Each
category winner was eligible to win the Best Overall Solution.
Genisys' winning solution is a software application and framework
called GenASSIST. This solution is a Customer Relationship,
Collaboration and Process Automation Solution that enables
